Situated along the Sava River it transforms the city’s skyline with contemporary architecture, premium residential buildings, and world-class amenities. It is designed to blend luxury living with vibrant public spaces, it features a riverside promenade, and a dynamic retail and dining scene.
The investors of Belgrade Waterfront are Eagle Hills and Republic of Serbia. Eagle Hills is an Abu Dhabi-based private real estate investment and development company. It supports premium lifestyles by designing and implementing contemporary urban facilities, including residential and commercial property, hospitality, shopping malls, retail, and healthcare. Beside Serbia, they have developing signature projects in Bahrain, Jordan, Morocco, Ethiopia, Oman, and the UAE.
Belgrade Waterfront, Plot 29a-2 spans over approximately 92.000 sq.m. This residential complex includes three buildings, BW Nova, BW Iskra and BW Vizia. BW Iskra has 9 floors and 165 apartments. The building has an underground garage on one level, with 194 parking spaces. The ground floor houses retail outlets, including restaurants and cafés. BW Nova is 9 story building that has 109 apartments of various sizes. The building includes an indoor gym on the ground floor and a single-level underground parking garage with dedicated storage space. Building has access to the inner courtyard that includes a full-size basketball court, a children’s playground, and a central greenery area. Ground-floor apartments have private gardens extending from the terraces. BW Vizia has 9 floors and 124 apartments, building also contains 149 underground parking spaces.
