Bluesun Hotel Elaphusa is a 4-star hotel located in Bol on the island of Brač, Croatia. Situated approximately 50 meters from the sea, it has easy access to the renowned Zlatni Rat Beach, which is just a short walk away. Accommodations at the hotel include elegantly decorated and comfortable rooms (303 in total), all of which were renovated in 2022.

MBT concept was hired by Trika d.o.o. Zagreb company that was FF&E Supplier on project of refurbishment of 6 hotels on Makarska riviera

MBT team was managing all contracts for more than 50 different producers of FF&E as well as the main contract with Investor. This includes but is not limited to preparation of contracts, change management, claim management, conducting and managing all contractual correspondence, advising on procurement and installation strategy, helping in transport and logistical issues.
