One of the biggest and most eminent companies from United Arab Emirate, Royal Group, has invested in Luxury 5-star hotel with 119 rooms located on mountain Kopaonik, in the very centre on the most famous ski resort in Serbia. Hotel will be operated by prestigious operator VICEROY.

Hotel is one of the most luxuries hotels in this part of Europe, it has SPA center with heated outdoor pools, treatment rooms and hammam, four dining venues, including an Apres ski lounge framed by breath-taking views of the mountain tops.

MBT concept had several roles on this project: contract management, cost management, construction management and planning and scheduling.
