Belgrade Waterfront is a monumental urban revitalization project worth US$ 3 billion. Situated along the Sava River it transforms the city’s skyline with contemporary architecture, premium residential buildings, and world-class amenities. It is designed to blend luxury living with vibrant public spaces, it features a riverside promenade, and a dynamic retail and dining scene.

The investors of Belgrade Waterfront are Eagle Hills and Republic of Serbia. Eagle Hills is an Abu Dhabi-based private real estate investment and development company. It supports premium lifestyles by designing and implementing contemporary urban facilities, including residential and commercial property, hospitality, shopping malls, retail, and healthcare. Beside Serbia, they have developing signature projects in Bahrain, Jordan, Morocco, Ethiopia, Oman, and the UAE.

Plot 19.2b spans over 174000m² and represents premium residential complex, consisting of BW Bella, BW Bonaca and BW Dolce buildings. Together with Kula Belgrade they create a new architectural icon for the city, setting new standards in luxury living.

BW Dolce is a cutting-edge residential building featuring 21 floors of state-of-the-art apartments, designed to offer an exceptional living experience. The building has direct access to a 25-meter pool, equipped with all accompanying amenities such as a spa centre, modern gym, changing rooms with showers, and various sports and recreational activities for children

Bella is modern, urban terraced building with 20 floors and 307 apartments of various sizes: studios, one-bedroom units, one-and-a-half-bedroom units, two-bedroom units, three-bedroom units, and ground-floor duplexes. Underground garage spans on two levels and has 393 parking spaces, including tandem spots and electric parking spaces. The biggest benefit, in addition to the location itself and the unique panorama, are the continuous and fully covered terraces, which, in addition to the great view, improve the building’s acoustic parameters and contribute to noise reduction.

BW Bonaca has 20 floors and 209 apartments of different sizes, garage on two underground levels and 300 parking spaces. It has direct connection to an 18-metre swimming pool and SPA located on the ground floor.

The complex has a spacious internal courtyard, designed as a true oasis. This park consists of different amenities such as a playground for children, serene spots for resting beneath trees and a pergola, a jogging track, and a lush tapestry of greenery, pedestrian paths and green buffer zone between park area and ground floor apartments.
