Belgrade Waterfront is a modern urban development project worth $US 3 billion situated along the Sava River. It transforms the city’s skyline with contemporary architecture, premium residential buildings, and world-class amenities. It is designed to blend luxury living with vibrant public spaces, it features a riverside promenade, and a dynamic retail and dining scene.

The investors of Belgrade Waterfront are Eagle Hills and Republic of Serbia. Eagle Hills is an Abu Dhabi-based private real estate investment and development company. It supports premium lifestyles by designing and implementing contemporary urban facilities, including residential and commercial property, hospitality, shopping malls, retail, and healthcare. Beside Serbia, they have developing signature projects in Bahrain, Jordan, Morocco, Ethiopia, Oman, and the UAE.

Plot 22a consists of BW Queen and BW King’s Park Residences. BW Queen’s Park Residences is located in the third row from the Sava River, near Sava Square and close to Sava Park. Its architecture seamlessly aligns with the signature style of Belgrade Waterfront, while a distinctive façade design displays timeless elegance, reminiscent of the striking Art Deco buildings of New York. A refined palette of colours, premium materials, and rhythmic patterns create a harmonious balance, making the building a true reflection of its regal name.

BW Queen’s Park Residences is a modern 8-storey building with 108 residential units of various sizes and layouts, ranging from studios to three-bedroom units. The ground floor features a variety of cafés and restaurants, while the two-level underground garage offers 121 parking spaces exclusively for residents.

BW King’s Park Residences is designed as a 15-storey residential building, with shops and cafes on the ground floor and two levels of underground garage with 275 parking spaces for the residents. It consists of 233 apartments of various structures – from one- to four-bedroom units, including the two-and-a-half-bedroom apartments.
