Along the Sava River, Belgrade Waterfront is a contemporary urban development project worth US$ 3 billion that is changing the city’s skyline with its high-end residential complexes, cutting-edge architecture, and first-rate amenities. Its parks, riverfront promenade, and bustling shopping and dining district are all part of its design, which aims to combine wealthy living with lively public areas.
The investors of Belgrade Waterfront are Eagle Hills and Republic of Serbia. Eagle Hills is an Abu Dhabi-based private real estate investment and development company. It supports premium lifestyles by designing and implementing contemporary urban facilities, including residential and commercial property, hospitality, shopping malls, retail, and healthcare. Beside Serbia, they have developing signature projects in Bahrain, Jordan, Morocco, Ethiopia, Oman, and the UAE.
Spread over 52000m² BW Quartet is located in BW Park District, between Sava Park and Savska Street. With a footprint resembling the shape of the Cyrillic letter “П”, its longer side faces the Sava Park and the new boulevard; the two wings face neighbouring residential facilities with landscaped spaces between the buildings, while the front, with the private inner garden, faces Savska Street and the Palace of Justice.
BW Quartet is the first 8-storey building in Belgrade Waterfront. It features 232 apartments of various sizes from one bedroom to four bedroom units as well as retail facilities on the ground floor. On-site facilities include cafes, restaurants, retail and services on the ground floor, entrance lobbies with reception areas and 24/7 security, underground parking on two levels with 284 spaces, personal storage units and garbage disposal chutes for all apartments.
MBT contributed to the development of Plot 23 by offering the following services: FIDIC Engineer, Technical Supervision, Project Management and Health and Safety Coordination.
