MBT concept was hired by Trika d.o.o. Zagreb company that was FF&E Supplier on project of refurbishment of 6 hotels on Makarska riviera

MBT team was managing all contracts for more than 50 different producers of FF&E as well as the main contract with Investor. This includes but is not limeted to preparation of contracts, change management, claim management, conducting and managing all contracutal correspondaca, advising on procurement and installation strategy, helping in transport and logistical issues.
